Author Guidelines

????️ Submission Format

Authors are requested to submit original manuscripts in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format following the journal's template. Manuscripts should be written in clear English and organized as follows:

  • Title

  • Author Name(s) and Affiliation(s)

  • Abstract (150–250 words)

  • Keywords (3–6 keywords)

  • Introduction

  • Methodology

  • Results and Discussion

  • Conclusion

  • References (APA 7th style)

???? Manuscript Length

  • Full Articles: 3,000 to 6,000 words

  • Review Papers: 4,000 to 8,000 words

  • Short Communications/Case Studies: 1,500 to 3,000 words

???? Citation Style

  • CJIR follows APA 7th Edition for in-text citations and reference formatting.

  • Authors must ensure that all references cited in the text appear in the reference list and vice versa.

???? Plagiarism Policy

  • Manuscripts with more than 10% similarity (excluding references) will be returned or rejected.

  • CJIR uses tools such as Turnitin or Grammarly Premium for plagiarism detection.
