Peer Review Policy

Peer Review Policy

Certified Journal of International Research (CJIR) employs a rigorous double-blind peer review process to ensure the publication of high-quality and original scholarly research. Both the reviewers and authors remain anonymous throughout the review process to promote fairness, objectivity, and transparency.

???? Review Process Workflow:

  1. Initial Screening
All submissions are first reviewed by the editorial team for compliance with journal scope, format, and plagiarism limits. Manuscripts failing to meet the basic requirements are returned to the authors without review.

  2. Assignment to Reviewers
Suitable manuscripts are forwarded to two or more independent expert reviewers based on subject specialization.

  3. Double-Blind Review
    Reviewers assess the manuscript for:

    • Originality and novelty

    • Relevance to the field

    • Methodological rigor

    • Quality of data and interpretation

    • Clarity and coherence of writing

    • Reference and citation accuracy (APA 7 style)

  4. Decision and Revisions
Based on the reviewers' comments, the editorial board makes one of the following decisions:

    • Accept

    • Accept with minor revisions

    • Major revision required

    • Reject

Authors are notified of the decision along with anonymized reviewer feedback. Revised papers may be re-reviewed if necessary.

  1. Final Acceptance and Publication
Once accepted, the paper is processed for final editing, layout, and online publication in the upcoming issue.

???? Review Timeline:

CJIR strives to complete the review process within 2 to 4 weeks of submission, depending on reviewer availability and author responsiveness.

???? Reviewer Ethics:

All reviewers must adhere to CJIR's confidentiality, conflict-of-interest, and ethical guidelines. Reviews must be objective, constructive, and free of any bias.
